Agthia Group PJSC, a prominent food and beverage company in the region, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Microsoft UAE, signifying a pivotal step in Agthia’s journey to becoming a regional digital leader in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.

The MoU encompasses several key initiatives, including the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies into Agthia’s Water Home Delivery Contact Center to enhance customer service, the establishment of smart retail stores utilizing MS Dynamics Retail and POS solutions, starting with the Abu Auf brand, and the deployment of Microsoft Viva to elevate employee engagement and continuous learning, contributing to Agthia’s reputation as an innovative and engaging workplace.
