Trèsind Studio has made history as the first Indian restaurant in the world to be awarded three Michelin stars, as announced in the Michelin Guide Dubai 2025
This milestone recognises the restaurant’s innovative approach to modern Indian cuisine under Chef Himanshu Saini’s leadership. Since earning its second star in 2023, Trèsind Studio has continued to impress with immersive tasting menus and refined culinary storytelling. With just 20 seats per service, it offers a deeply intimate and personalised dining experience. Each dish reimagines Indian flavours with precision, creativity, and global appeal.
Mr Bhupender Nath, founder and CEO of Passion F&B, reflected on this milestone achievement: “Earning three Michelin stars is a momentous occasion for Trèsind Studio and a proud triumph for Indian gastronomy worldwide. It represents years of unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and an exceptional team united in their pursuit of excellence. We remain committed to elevating the dining experience through authenticity and innovation.”
Chef Himanshu Saini added: “We are truly humbled to receive this extraordinary honour. Being awarded three Michelin stars is a powerful recognition of our team’s passion and belief in storytelling through food. Our vision has always been to present Indian cuisine not just as nostalgic, but as forward-thinking—worthy of global distinction.”
Set within The St. Regis Gardens at Palm Jumeirah, Trèsind Studio continues to attract global diners with menus that blend tradition and innovation. With its third Michelin star, the restaurant cements its place among the world’s top dining destinations and marks a defining moment for Indian cuisine on the global stage.
