Atelier House Hospitality is marking their 5th anniversary with a special dinner, in collaboration with chefs from Marea, 11 Woodfire, Mohalla and the soon-to-open French concept RSVP

Atelier House Hospitality, a full-service hospitality advisory, development and operations management firm, is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a one-night-only four chefs’ dinner this May, at Marea DIFC.

Responsible for the launch of a selection of spectacular Dubai-based F&B concepts, including Marea, 11 Woodfire, Mohalla and the soon-to-open RSVP in Jumeirah, the boutique hospitality firm is hosting a special five-course dinner in honour of the special occasion.

The degustation menu features two starters, two mains, one petit four platter starring creations from each restaurant’s chef and two specialty premium beverages. The first starter will offer diners an exclusive first taste of RSVP, a new French fine-dining concept which is set to open in Jumeirah in June 2022. Aadel Ouaoua, the atypical French The chef de cuisine of RSVP with a passion for classic Japanese techniques with a Mediterranean touch, has crafted an hors d’oeuvre starring carpaccio of sea bass with Stracciatella basilic oil and raspberry. The second starter will be the Sigree grilled green garlic shrimp with confit green mango with Indian pickling spices, Cape gooseberry and garlic sprouts prepared by Mohalla’s talented head chef Adwait Anantwar.

After a breather, diners can reach for mains with the first being a Garganelli pasta accompanied by black trumpet mushrooms, black truffle, parmigiana, baby leeks and chilli, present by Marea’s executive chef Yunus Aydin. Following this, a twenty-day aged jerk rub Black Angus striploin arrives, brought to life by 11 Woodfire’s Chef Akmal Anuar.

To end the exceptional evening, each chef will showcase their distinctive take on petit fours in a four-piece petit four platter, that will be revealed on the night.
