Specialising in delicate homemade dim sum and hand pulled noodles; the new restaurant takes city gourmands straight to the streets of Hong Kong.
Created by Dim Sum Master and Wok Chef, Head Chef Yang Tao (Frankie), Zhen Wei’s distinctive menu combines authentic Pan-Asian flavours and modern cooking techniques and presentation. Enticing dishes such as traditional Whole Beijing Duck, Kalbi-Spiced BBQ Short Ribs with kimchi and picked jalapeño chili and Cantonese Seabass with toasted sesame oil and soy sauce tantalize taste buds with exotic flavors of the east. One highlight of the menu is the 14-strong Dim Sum section which includes Hong Kong Chicken Char Siu Bao, Shanghai Pan-Fried Beef Bun and Four Seasonal Shrimp Crystal Bag.
The restaurant’s exposed kitchen means guests can watch the freshly prepared, hand-pulled noodles and dim sum being created in front of them. What’s more, Zhen Wei boasts an open-air terrace with calming water pools and an alfresco garden – perfect for the winter months!
Other dining options at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai include afternoon tea at Roman Lounge, snacks and frozen concoctions poolside at Neptune Pool & Beach Bar and cutting-edge mixology at Laurel Bar.
