A native of Antigua and Barbuda, Chef Christopher Terry’s culinary expertise encompasses Mediterranean, French, Caribbean, European, and Asian cuisines, perfectly complementing the eclectic and unscripted dining experiences at The Nautilus.
With over 15 years of experience across the Caribbean, United Kingdom, and the USA, Chef Christopher has refined his skills at prestigious luxury brands such as Aman, Rosewood Resorts, and Sandals Resorts. His exceptional talent has garnered numerous accolades, including the Artisan Award at the Antigua & Barbuda National Youth Awards and Young Chef of the Year by the Antigua Hotels and Tourist Association.
Chef Christopher emphasises the use of high-quality ingredients, focusing on local produce to bring out genuine flavours through simplicity. Under his leadership, guests at The Nautilus can anticipate exploring Zeytoun’s aromatic Mediterranean herbs and spices, Ocaso’s fusion of Japanese precision with modern Latin American twists, and Thyme’s comforting international cuisine, from Asian to Mediterranean flavours.
