Nando’s, the renowned South African fast-casual chain celebrated for its flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken announces its partnership with the Dubai Autism Center for a special Ramadan initiative aimed at raising awareness about autism.

As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility, Nando’s has teamed up with the Dubai Autism Center to introduce a unique collaboration that will raise funds and awareness for autism support programs. This collaboration features specially designed Ramadan-themed tote bags by Abdulla Lutfi, a talented Emirati artist on the autism spectrum.

These exclusive tote bags, showcasing Abdulla Lutfi’s captivating designs, will be available for purchase at all Nando’s outlets across the UAE during Ramadan, as well as on Talabat. Revenue raised from the sale of these unique pieces will be donated to the Dubai Autism Center.

Established in 2001, the Dubai Autism Center is the first Emirati non-profit organisation in the UAE dedicated to providing integrated consulting, educational, and specialised therapeutic services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ASD is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects social, communication, and behavioural skills, with recent studies indicating that one in 44 children is affected by ASD.
