The MICHELIN Guide announces its inaugural Food Festival in Abu Dhabi, held in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) from December 8th to 10th at Louvre Abu Dhabi Park.

As part of Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, this event features chefs from 16 MICHELIN Guide-recognised restaurants under the theme “Discover the Art of Flavour.” The festival includes curated menus, exclusive dishes, a Chef’s Table event, culinary masterclasses, and a marketplace. Emphasising the importance of flavours, the festival showcases the unique identity of each dish and celebrates high-quality cooking and art, offering guests a gastronomic journey with diverse and exclusive tastes from around the world.

PARTICIPATING CHEFS

Renowned local and international chefs, along with industry experts such as Lee Kok Hua (Hakkasan, Chinese cuisine, One MICHELIN Star, Abu Dhabi), Luigi Stinga (Talea by Antonio Guida, Italian cuisine, One MICHELIN Star, Abu Dhabi), Thinus van der Westhuizen (99 Sushi Bar, contemporary Japanese cuisine, One MICHELIN Star, Abu Dhabi), Alvin Leung (Bo Innovation, innovative cuisine, Two MICHELIN Stars, Hong Kong), Heidi Bjerkan (Credo, Scandinavian cuisine, One MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Green Star, Trondheim), Jimmy Lim (JL Studio, Singaporean cuisine, Three MICHELIN Stars, Taichung), Pierre Chirac (La Scène, modern cuisine, Two MICHELIN Stars, Passion Dessert Award, Paris), Supaksorn ‘Ice’ Jongsiri (Sorn, Southern Thai cuisine, Two MICHELIN Stars, Bangkok), and others will converge, offering food enthusiasts from around the globe an unparalleled and exquisite culinary experience.

Visitors can partake in six exclusive masterclasses, each dedicated to a distinct flavour profile—sweet, savoury, bitter, sour, umami, and spicy—led by passionate and skilled chefs. Alongside restaurant showcases and masterclasses, visitors can experience a starred Chef’s Table, featuring unique collaborations between local and international chefs.

The festival also offers tailor-made bar and pastry offerings, along with a premium hospitality lounge, all situated in Louvre Abu Dhabi Park. Accessible to all gourmets, entry tickets are priced at 100 AED (free for children under 12). Early Birds can avail tickets at a discounted rate of 85 AED until November 15th, and art enthusiasts can opt for an exclusive bundle ticket, providing access to both the Food Festival and Louvre Abu Dhabi for 130 AED.
