Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group recently unveiled the Farm to Gourmet Table concept that aims to serve premium fresh produce straight from the farm to the diner. The group’s sustainability ethos is driven by its commitment to sourcing from local and organic farms, with the goal to create sustainable dishes and reduce the carbon footprint for a better future. Farm to Gourmet Table enables restaurants to combine culinary excellence, protect the environment and serve eco-friendly gourmet dishes.

Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum nestled at Paradise Bay in Bodrum Turkey, is surrounded by pristine beaches and breathtaking hillside nature. The restaurant features the charms of the Aegean coast and features native to Aegean olives grown in the property’s ancient olive groves, local jams made from Bodrum Mandarin, authentic Eggplant Zaalouk, Genovese pizza with homemade basil pesto and Vesuvian tomato cherry and fresh dry cottage cheese, all harvested and hand-picked by local farmers.
