Offering a modern take on classic, sharing dishes, expect a dining experience that is enhanced by an extensive grape cellar, table-side theatrics and an upbeat, lively ambience. The space itself features interiors reminiscent of summer evenings on a seaside coast.
Chef George Kniher has designed a menu brimming with sharing plates and timeless flavours to offer an upmarket social dining experience that caters to all. Look forward to an array of fresh seafood, including grilled and raw seafood signature dishes, plant-based options and grilled and roasted meats. Apart from these, a spit-roasted lamb will be fired up daily on the restaurant’s impressive terrace which boasts a shisha lounge and Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa views.
Diners can take their pick from vibrant plant-based Signature mezze, complete with Hummus, Muhammara, Moutabel and Baba Ghanouj; Black truffle flatbread and Cheese manakish. Mains call for speciality dishes such as the Sashimi seabream drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice; or diners can select a fresh fish from the display to be baked, grilled on charcoal or salt-crust baked.
For the carnivores, the Cleo mixed grill is a good choice with chicken tawook, kafta, beef skewers, tiger prawns and lamb chops; together with Arayess kafta be jibneh and a Wagyu sfiha be lahme. Cheese kunafa from the dessert menu ensures a sweet end to your meal.
