Butcher & Still at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is set to host an exclusive four-hands dinner on 25 and 26 April 2025, reuniting Head Chef Marshall Allen Röth with acclaimed American chef Brian Becher

The two chefs last collaborated in Bahrain in 2024, and this upcoming event promises to build on that success with a fresh, refined menu. Known for his multi-sensory approach to modern American dining, Chef Röth brings over two decades of experience across top-tier kitchens in the US and the GCC. Chef Becher, Executive Chef at re Asian Cuisine and CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Bahrain, adds his own bold, cross-cultural influences to the table.

Together, they’ll present a five-course menu that blends classic American flavours with contemporary finesse. Dishes include Wagyu Beef Cruda with pistachio guacamole, Petit Lobster Filet with citrus beurre blanc and caviar, and Steak au Poivre Diane with heirloom mushroom ragù and rösti. A decadent Toasted Chocolate Tart with smoked vanilla ice cream brings the meal to a close.
