Dubai Design District-based specialty roastery Caffeine&Culture has introduced its Summer V60 Collection, a limited-edition menu of four pour-over coffees available throughout the summer
Served over ice using the V60 brewing method, the collection includes Watermelon, Peach Colombia, Lychee and Tobacco. Each coffee is produced using a co-fermentation process, where coffee beans are fermented with organic ingredients such as fruit, spices or florals to develop distinctive flavour profiles without the use of syrups or artificial flavourings.
The line-up features tasting notes ranging from watermelon, jasmine and melon to peach, lychee, green tea, tobacco, vanilla and dark chocolate.
The coffees are roasted in limited batches at the roastery’s Dubai Design District location, with fermentation lasting between 24 and 180 hours, followed by drying and a resting period before brewing.
The Summer V60 Collection is available both iced and hot, priced at AED40 per cup, exclusively at Caffeine&Culture in Dubai Design District.
