The Cove Rotana Resort Ras Al Khaimah has appointed Chadi Saloum as Director of Culinary, marking his return to the resort, where he previously served as Executive Chef
With more than 30 years of international experience, Chadi most recently served as Complex Executive Chef at Rotana’s Al Jaddaf Hotel Complex in Dubai, overseeing culinary operations across three hotels. During his tenure, food and beverage revenue grew by more than 20%, while banqueting and events revenue increased by 54%. The properties also maintained Gold-level food safety ratings and achieved Travelife and Green Key certifications.
Previously, he served as Cluster Executive Chef across The Cove Rotana Resort, Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, and Al Noor Arjaan by Rotana.
In his new role, Chadi will oversee the resort’s restaurants, kitchens and banqueting operations, focusing on culinary standards, menu development and team development.
