Ras Al Khaimah marked a major milestone in global real estate with the unveiling of Mira Coral Bay, the world’s first multi-branded waterfront community, hosted by Mira Developments
Set along the pristine shores of Al Mairid, the grand event drew a distinguished international audience and spotlighted the emirate’s growing status as a premium destination for luxury living. The evening brought together leading figures from the global luxury and design sectors, including Marcello Grasselli, President Middle East Dolce&Gabbana; Andrea Gentilini, CEO Luxury Living Group; Fabrizio Cardinali, CEO ETRO; Jacob Arabo, Chairman & Founder Jacob & Co.; Alberto Racca, CEO Trussardi; and Mena Marano, CEO Arav Group.
Hosted by Enjy Kiwan and Yousef Abdalbari, the ceremony opened with a showcase of the Mira Coral Bay master plan – a 220,000 sqm development by Marco Casamonti & Partners / Archea Associati featuring 14 branded residential projects, five-star hotels, and world-class dining venues. The event was officially inaugurated by Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, and Tamara Getigezheva, Co-Founder of Mira Developments, followed by keynote presentations from Muaed Alakaev, Head of Sales at Mira Developments, and Marwan Al Kindi, Founder and CEO of Lighthouse Properties. Brand partners also took the stage to reveal details of their visionary contributions to the development.
Among the highlights was the official reveal of luxury brand partnerships, including Dolce&Gabbana Casa, Bentley Home, Etro Home, Jacob & Co., John Richmond, and Trussardi – all set to shape the residential offering within Coral Bay. A major feature of the evening was the introduction of Kadar Villas – a new branded residential concept combining the talents of a globally acclaimed architect and a leading branding agency. Each villa will include two exclusive edition luxury vehicles, interiors designed by a legendary figure in interior design, and high-end appliances from top-tier luxury manufacturers.
The unveiling culminated in a curated fine dining experience by Cipriani, a synchronised drone show, and a fireworks display, marking a landmark moment for both Mira Developments and the emirate’s luxury real estate sector.
