ROKA continues its seasonal expansion this summer with the return of its Mediterranean destinations and a series of new openings across key resort markets, alongside a major new launch in Dubai
The brand returns to Santorini, Bodrum and Mallorca, strengthening its presence across Europe’s leading summer destinations. In Santorini, the ROKA pop-up reopens at Cavo Tagoo on 15 May, while Bodrum returns for its second season at Mandarin Oriental on 20 May, and Mallorca enters its fifth year at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel on 19 June.
A new chapter begins in Mykonos with the debut of ROKA Mykonos on Paraga Beach, introducing a day-to-night concept combining robatayaki dining with a beachfront and poolside setting. According to Sven Koch, the opening marks a shift toward more immersive, experience-led dining.
Later in the season, ROKA will also open at Six Senses The Palm Dubai, adding a second address in the city and expanding its presence in the Middle East with a refreshed interpretation of its signature robatayaki concept.
