The breathtaking Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon brings a mouthwatering gastronomical experience blending a refined, elegant and simple approach to Japanese traditions, while EDITION’s contemporary creative culinary approach desires to challenge the status quo by creating exceptional dishes.
The menu boasts both a la carte and a grand four or six-course tasting menu with changing plates including, Squid consommé, yuzu, chicken, confit lemon; Fire roasted charred celeriac carpaccio, truffle; Mackerel, dashi, sesame, daikon and squid to name a few. On the drinks front, the restaurant offers fresh exciting concoctions focusing on collaborations with local botanical distilleries.
Garden Terrace’s menu highlights delectable small sharing platters including Lobster roll, sudachi spiced mayo, nori, fried cabbage; House made ricotta, pickled beets, schezwan cucumber; Scallops marinated with passionfruit and vanilla and Hand-chopped beef tartare, maple egg yolk and onion crumble for a savoury ending.
