Executive Chef Prabhash Prabhakaran leads culinary operations at the resort’s six restaurants and bars, alongside banqueting operations, elevating dining experiences to an art form. With a career spanning from Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces to Jumeirah, Chef Prabhash brings a wealth of expertise.
His journey with Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, including his most recent role at Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas, has culminated in the introduction of two signature concepts at Anantara Mina Al Arab: the day-to-night Beach House and the vibrant Mekong. These venues showcase locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, reflecting a commitment to quality and community collaboration.
