Dubai is set to welcome another beachfront hotel with the opening of Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront in 2027
The 182-key property will feature a 523-square-metre main pool deck with cabana seating and six dining and lounge concepts spanning all-day dining, poolside drinks and a club lounge.
Located at Emaar Beachfront, the hotel will offer direct access to the beach and waterfront, with Dubai Marina and the city’s restaurants, shopping and entertainment within easy reach.
The opening is part of a wider regional expansion for Address Hotels + Resorts, with Address Diriyah in Riyadh and Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah also in the pipeline.
Scheduled to open in 2028, Address Diriyah will feature 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced apartment keys, alongside six dining concepts and a rooftop pool café. The property will also include a spa, fitness facilities, meeting spaces and family-focused amenities. It will be located within Diriyah, the developing cultural and heritage district bringing together hotels, residences, restaurants, retail and experiences.
In Ras Al Khaimah, Address Al Marjan Island will offer a 196-key beachfront resort, also scheduled to open in 2028. The property will feature three swimming pools, including a 614-square-metre family pool, alongside dining venues and a 1,155-square-metre jetty lounge overlooking the water. Wellness and family facilities will complement the resort’s beachfront setting.
The three properties will bring the Address brand to distinct destinations: Emaar Beachfront in Dubai, the cultural district of Diriyah in Riyadh and the coastline of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Together, they form part of the brand’s regional expansion beyond its Dubai base, under its “Where Life Happens” positioning.
