Global Food Week 2026 has opened registration for visitors to the exhibition and attendees of the second Global Food Security Summit (GFSS)
Organised by ADNEC Group, a Modon company, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), the event will take place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from 6 to 8 October. It will bring together food producers, suppliers, policymakers, investors and industry leaders through an exhibition, business-to-business platform and the GFSS.
New this year, Shop at the Show will give visitors the opportunity to buy products directly from exhibitors, creating a dedicated consumer platform for participating brands. The exhibition will also feature international pavilions, food innovations and products from across the global F&B market.
The second edition of the GFSS will bring together policymakers, researchers, industry experts and innovators to discuss food security, food system resilience, innovation and sustainability, with a focus on developing practical solutions and positioning Abu Dhabi as a hub for food security.
