Take a look at the Taste New Zealand Chef of the Year competition which was held throughout 2017. In total, 30 Chefs competed across the four heats with James Knight-Pacheco from Vida Hotels & Resorts being crowned the winner at The Pro Chef Middle East Awards this November. The prize was the title of Taste New Zealand Chef of the Year and a return foodie trip of a lifetime to New Zealand, courtesy of Trade New Zealand.
