This Autumn, TAPASAKE returns to One Za’abeel with a new restaurant, its renowned Infinity Pool and a new Sky Lounge across The Link, home to the world’s longest suspended cantilever. The destination will bring together Japanese-led cuisine with Mediterranean influence, music and nightlife from day to night.
At the heart of TAPASAKE is the Restaurant, where a Wafu philosophy centred on style, harmony and balance meets Mediterranean influences. The menu combines the precision of Japanese cooking with the freshness and warmth of Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on flavour and sharing.
The outdoor Infinity Pool remains one of TAPASAKE’s defining features, retaining its iconic presence while becoming part of the wider restaurant and Sky Lounge experience.
New to the venue, the Sky Lounge will sit opposite the pool, bringing music and a social atmosphere to the evening. The space will transition from the daytime experience into a more energetic setting after dark.
Wave-inspired motifs connect the restaurant, pool and Sky Lounge, reflecting TAPASAKE’s focus on movement and fluidity.
The reopening follows a strategic joint venture between Kerzner International and Sunset Hospitality Group, supporting TAPASAKE’s continued growth as a standalone lifestyle concept. The partnership builds on the brand’s established international presence while shaping its next chapter.
TAPASAKE’s “Two Worlds. One Rhythm.” concept brings together Japanese and Mediterranean influences through food, sound, design and atmosphere. With the Restaurant, Infinity Pool and new Sky Lounge, TAPASAKE Dubai will reopen in Autumn 2026 at One Za’abeel.
Further details on the culinary offering and spaces will be revealed ahead of opening.
