Silver Hill Duck is now available in Jeddah following a successful launch in Riyadh
This expansion is a key step for the brand in growing its presence across Saudi Arabia. To mark the occasion, a special dinner was held at Shang Palace in Shangri-La Jeddah, where guests enjoyed dishes made with Silver Hill Duck. Shang Palace, known for its authentic Chinese cuisine, is one of several restaurants in the Kingdom now serving the premium duck.
Established in Ireland in 1962, Silver Hill Duck manages every stage of production in-house, from breeding to processing, to ensure consistent quality. The brand’s arrival in Jeddah reflects the growing appetite for high-quality dining in the city. As Saudi Arabia’s food scene continues to grow, Jeddah is becoming a popular destination for food lovers from across the region.
“We’re proud to support the city’s vision to make a real impact on the regional food map and become a true culinary capital,” said Micheál Briody the Managing Director of Silver Hill Duck. “Bringing one of the world’s most prized ingredients to yet another mega city in the Kingdom reflects our belief in the country’s potential to lead the next chapter of gastronomic excellence in the region.”
