Known for celebrating the finest in culinary experiences, restaurants and hotels across the Middle East, the BBC Good Food Middle East Magazine Awards have returned for its 13th edition.
Bigger than ever before, the awards have commenced with a nomination round where industry professionals are invited to put forth the best in the F&B industry across each category.
Restaurateurs and hoteliers, if you haven’t nominated your brand yet, find out how to do so below.
This year, the prestigious awards feature 50 unique categories, where one brand can be nominated by industry professionals under two separate categories that best suit their specialty. From recognising country-specific cuisines, such as Americas & Caribbean Restaurant (UAE), Greek Restaurant (UAE) and Japanese Restaurant (UAE), to rewarding impressive F&B offerings including Afternoon Tea (UAE), Family Brunch (UAE) and Business Lunch (UAE), restaurateurs and hoteliers are assured a category for every brand.
Industry professionals are also encouraged to look for the newly-introduced categories, awarding the best Kosher Restaurant (UAE), Experiential Dining (UAE), Favourite Takeaway (UAE), Themed Meal (UAE) and more.
GCC-wide appreciation is also up for grabs, with the Fine Dining Restaurant (GCC) and the Staycation Experience (GCC) categories being open for restaurateurs and hoteliers to nominate their brands. Lastly, the highly commended Restaurant of the Year (GCC) award will be presented to the brand with the highest overall votes; and thus, is not displayed for nomination or voting.
Following this, the voting rounds will begin, where our readers will have the opportunity to vouch and vote for their top favourite brands. The BBC Good Food Middle East Magazine Awards are the only awards in the region that offer recognition solely based on a customer’s stamp of approval.
