Pierre Hermé Paris will open at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi this September, following the success of Majlis by Pierre Hermé at Rosewood Abu Dhabi
Founded by Pierre Hermé in 1998, the Maison is known for its modern approach to pâtisserie and combinations of flavours and textures. Hermé was named the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016.
The new flagship will offer all-day dining alongside the Maison’s signature pastries, chocolates and macarons. The menu will feature signature creations including Ispahan, Infiniment Vanille and 2000 Feuilles, alongside viennoiserie and savoury dishes such as Pierre Hermé Chicken Croque Monsieur, Avocado Toast with Confit Egg Yolk and Pistachio Vinaigrette, and Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin with Crushed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Beef Jus.
The Marina Mall location will also offer Pierre Hermé Paris confectionery and its signature macaron boxes. The opening forms part of the Maison’s wider Middle East expansion, with plans to enter Saudi Arabia in the coming years. Further details will be announced ahead of the opening.
