Get involved with the Pro Chef Showdown
Central to the programme is the Pro Chef Showdown, taking place from September 7 to 10 at The Dish, Depachika Food Hall, Palm Jumeirah Mall.
Over four days, shortlisted chefs will compete in live culinary challenges across a range of categories, putting their technical skills, creativity and product knowledge to the test in front of an expert judging panel and hospitality audience.
For ingredient and equipment brands, the Showdown offers more than event visibility. It provides an opportunity to have your products actively used, tested and experienced by some of the region’s leading chefs.
From premium produce and dairy to seafood, pantry ingredients, and kitchen equipment, partners can integrate their products into the competition and create meaningful interactions with chefs and industry professionals.
