Fairmont Hotels and Resorts recently appointed Luigi Vespero as their new Cluster Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing operations across the prestigious properties of Fairmont Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road, Ajman, and Fujairah

Vespero brings a wealth of experience to the role, boasting a 25-year career in the hospitality industry. Having honed his skills alongside Michelin-starred chefs and worked for renowned establishments like Gordon Ramsay Holdings, he brings a proven track record of culinary excellence. His leadership experience at the Waldorf Astoria and Jumeirah Emirates Towers further strengthens his qualifications.

Luigi Vespero expresses his enthusiasm, stating, “I am delighted to be joining the esteemed Fairmont team across Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road, Ajman, and Fujairah. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to showcase culinary craftsmanship and uphold the renowned culinary expertise that is synonymous with Fairmont.
