Perched on the seventh floor of Cheval Blanc Paris, Le Jardin offers an elevated seasonal concept
The 650-square-metre terrace presents a menu led by Chef William Béquin, spotlighting summer’s peak produce with dishes such as a bright cherry tomato tart and Provençal-style stuffed vegetables with poultry, beef, and veal. The dessert offering is helmed by Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric, whose interpretation of a strawberry sundae is a nod to the classic Italian gelato.
The terrace also includes elements designed to encourage longer guest dwell time, including table football and garden games. Each table is equipped with a Cheval Blanc-branded postcard; a gesture aligned with the venue’s summer escape theme, allowing guests to share or commemorate their visit.
Le Jardin is open from Wednesday to Sunday, midday to 11pm, from 15 May through 15 September 2025, subject to weather conditions.
