HANU introduces Table 222, a one-night-only dinner on Monday, 18 May from 6pm, bringing together Chef Kyung Soo Moon with Chef Dan Birk (City Social) and Chef Robin Höfer (Kraken) for a four-course menu priced at AED222 per person

The concept focuses on collaboration, with each chef contributing a course that builds a shared narrative across the menu. The dinner opens with cobia sashimi from Chef Robin Höfer, followed by koji-cured scallop from Chef Dan Birk.

The main course centres on HANU’s Hoengseong Hanwoo 1++ beef with lamb chop galbi, banchan and beef jus, created by Chef Kyung Soo Moon. Dessert features apple and bergamot orange with caramelised apple, meringue and sorbet, followed by petit fours developed with Kraken.

Table 222 positions collaboration as the focus, bringing together three kitchens to create a single, cohesive dining experience built on shared technique and contrast.
