Gulfood Manufacturing returns to Dubai World Trade Centre from 3–5 November 2026 under the theme ‘Powering Food Security Through Manufacturing Innovation’

The exhibition will bring together food manufacturers, suppliers, investors, technology providers and policymakers across the F&B production value chain, covering ingredients, processing, packaging, supply chain, control and automation. Aligned with the UAE’s National Food Security Strategy 2051, the event will showcase technologies focused on improving production efficiency, increasing output, reducing waste and strengthening local supply chains.

Exhibitors include processing and packaging companies such as GEA, Heat & Control, Husky, Ishida, KHS, Krones, Middleby, Multivac, SIG Combibloc, Sidel, Tetra Pak and TNA; ingredients companies including ADM International, BUNGE, Cargill, Chocolake, Döhler, DSM, Givaudan, IFF, IFFCO, MANE and Symrise; and supply chain specialists including ACME, Addverb, Delta Systems and Kanoo Machinery. Technologies on display will include advanced processing and packaging, robotics and automation, AI and digital manufacturing, traceability, cold chain, and predictive planning.

Alongside Gulfood Manufacturing, ISM Middle East, Private Label Middle East and GulfHost will cover other parts of the food and hospitality value chain, from confectionery and snacks to private label, retail and foodservice. ISM Middle East will showcase confectionery and snack products and suppliers, while Private Label Middle East will connect retailers and manufacturers with private label solutions across food, non-food and branding. GulfHost will focus on commercial kitchen equipment, technology and foodservice solutions.

Together, the four exhibitions will bring manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, hospitality operators and other industry professionals together across the food and hospitality sectors.
