FZN by Björn Frantzén, ranked No. 22 on the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list, launches its first seasonal menu of the year
The three-Michelin-starred restaurant offers a nine-course tasting menu led by Chef Björn Frantzén and Executive Chef Torsten Vildgaard, blending modern European cuisine with Japanese influences and UAE-grown and regional ingredients. Guests begin with canapés in a Scandinavian-inspired living room, including wagyu aburi blini and Frantzén classics, before moving to dishes such as crudo with scallop and bafun uni, langoustine with Koshihikari rice, French toast with truffle, and desserts featuring seasonal produce like blueberry with lemon thyme and Amaou strawberry with Earl Grey.
The dining experience includes guided house tours, curated beverage pairings, and post-dinner drinks on the terrace with Dubai skyline views. FZN’s grape list exceeds 1,700 labels, including boutique producers, renowned international brands, and exclusive Dubai firsts, with non-alcoholic and mixed pairing options available. The restaurant welcomes guests aged 13 and above, Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm, with the tasting menu priced at AED2,000 and grape pairings starting from AED750.
The seasonal menu launches on 10 March. To make a reservation, visit www.restaurantfzn.com or email reception@restaurantfzn.com.
