Now in its fifth edition, the ceremony is held with the support of destination partner Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)
The MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony will take place on 6 October 2026 at Atlantis The Royal, bringing together chefs, restaurateurs, industry leaders and media for the reveal of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 selection.
Following the announcement, guests will attend a reception featuring beverages and canapés from restaurants recognised by the MICHELIN Guide. Participating restaurants include Row on 45, awarded Two MICHELIN Stars in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2025; avatāra and Hōseki, both awarded One MICHELIN Star in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2025; Glass Hostaria, awarded One MICHELIN Star in the MICHELIN Guide Italy 2026; and Berenjak, awarded a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2025.
