Wasl Hospitality, Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre and Solutions Group have announced a partnership to redevelop the former Warehouse site into a new multi-experience destination in Dubai
The project will bring together dining, entertainment and leisure concepts, anchored by Lock, Stock & Barrel, with two additional concepts to be announced.
Shujaat Yar, General Manager of Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, said: “Le Méridien Dubai has long been more than a hotel; it is a landmark that has helped shape Dubai’s hospitality story for generations. For decades, we have welcomed guests, residents, and visitors from across the world, creating connections, memories, and experiences that have become part of the city’s identity.
Our partnership with Solutions Group represents a significant milestone in our ongoing evolution. Together, we are investing in a future-focused destination that captures the spirit of modern Dubai: vibrant, diverse, ambitious, and globally connected.
This collaboration is about building on a proud legacy while creating something truly exceptional for the future. It reinforces our commitment to innovation, guest experience and excellence, ensuring Le Méridien Dubai remains one of the city’s most iconic hospitality destinations for many years to come.”
Paul Evans, CEO and Co-Founder of Solutions Group, added: “We’ve never been in the business of simply opening venues. We’ve always focused on creating destinations that become part of people’s lives and communities. This partnership brings together two organisations that each bring something unique to the table.
Wasl Hospitality provides an exceptional asset, Le Méridien Dubai brings decades of hospitality heritage and Solutions Group contributes the operational expertise and brands that have helped shape the UAE’s entertainment and dining landscape. For us, bringing Lock, Stock & Barrel to this location is a natural next step. It’s a brand that has earned a loyal following by consistently delivering great experiences, and we’re proud to see it become part of the next chapter of such an iconic destination. Dubai continues to set the pace for hospitality innovation globally, and we’re excited to help shape what’s next alongside two outstanding partners.”
The destination is scheduled to open in Q4 2026, with further details on additional concepts, programming and development plans to be announced in the coming weeks.
