Accor has appointed Ugur Talayhan as the new General Manager of Fairmont The Palm, effective November 3, 2025

With over 30 years of international hospitality experience, Ugur has held senior roles with IHG, Hilton, Marriott, FRHI, Accor, and Rotana across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. He most recently served as Country Manager for Rotana, overseeing ten hotels and driving development across multiple markets.

His career also includes leadership roles at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Raffles Hainan, and The St. Regis Beijing. Known for his results-driven approach and strong focus on guest experience, Ugur has a proven record of elevating luxury operations. He was recognised with the 2024 Accor Bernache Award by CEO Sébastien Bazin for his exceptional leadership in hospitality.
