Wynn Al Marjan Island, the $5.1 billion resort under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has revealed the first two of its 22 planned restaurants and lounges. Set to open in Spring 2027 are a new steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and a second outpost of Delilah, the popular Las Vegas supper club.
Both venues showcase the creativity and attention to detail of Wynn Design and Development, led by Todd-Avery Lenahan. Ducasse’s two-floor, 1,820 square metre steakhouse blends classic steakhouse fare with inventive dishes, from Duck Foie Gras Brioche to Cheese Soufflé. Guests can choose their steak from the “Beef Club” menu, with many dishes carved or flambéed tableside for added drama.
“I’m very proud and honoured to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is for sure one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region,” Ducasse said. “The culinary experience we’ll create will radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by boldly reinterpreting the American classics with a contemporary French flair.”
Located on Wynn Al Marjan Island’s first floor and spanning around 2,060 square metres, Delilah channels the glamour of the world’s most iconic 1950s supper clubs, from El Morocco in New York to Maxim’s in Paris and Les Caves du Roy in Beirut. Designed by Wynn Design and Development, the venue offers drinks by a cosy fireplace, dining for two or a party of 10, and nightly live music and exclusive performances. Delilah’s eclectic menu includes signature dishes like Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, alongside new creations showcasing the region’s finest ingredients, all paired with a carefully curated beverage list.
Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island is the latest collaboration between Wynn Resorts and Los Angeles-based hospitality group The h.wood Group.
“Wynn has been an invaluable partner to The h.wood Group, and we’re thrilled to introduce Delilah to the Middle East for the very first time,” said Brian Toll and John Terzian, Co-Founders of The h.wood Group. “Delilah is a truly special concept that offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience and an unmatched standard of luxury dining—one we are confident Wynn will help us bring to life once again as it expands to Al Marjan Island.”
Both restaurants are set to open as part of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s highly anticipated debut in Spring 2027.
