Signature offerings, such as the Golden Stuffed Crabmeat with Onion and Fresh Milk in Shell and Wok-Fried Wagyu with Cauliflower Mushrooms and Green Peppers, showcase the synergy of technique and premium ingredients.

Tea pairings remain an integral part of the experience, with Tea Sommelier Kelvin Mok curating bespoke selections to enhance the flavour profiles of each dish. For private dining or corporate gatherings, the restaurant’s harbour-view private rooms offer an elevated experience tailored to discerning clientele.

Lai Ching Heen reaffirms its standing as a leader in the industry—an inspiration for chefs and restaurateurs dedicated to mastering the art of Cantonese cuisine.
