Foodics has launched a new regional initiative, “Forward Together”, aimed at supporting restaurants and F&B operators as they navigate continued cost pressures and evolving market conditions across the UAE and wider GCC.

The programme is structured around three focus areas: easing financial pressure, unlocking additional revenue streams, and improving operational decision-making. As part of the rollout, Foodics is offering flexible payment terms for new and existing clients across the UAE, Egypt, Jordan and other GCC markets. Existing customers will also receive complimentary access to digital ordering tools such as Foodics Online and self-ordering kiosks, along with selected hardware solutions at no additional cost to support day-to-day operations.

To support performance tracking and planning, Foodics is also providing existing clients with free access to its AI-powered analytics tool, Foodics AI, designed to help operators review business performance and identify trends using data-led insights.

For new customers in the UAE, the company is introducing tailored packages at reduced rates, allowing restaurants and cafés to select solutions based on their operational needs while lowering upfront technology costs.

Ahmad AlZaini, Co-founder and CEO of Foodics, comments, “The F&B industry employs over a million in our region and is considered one of the private sector drivers across GCC and North African markets. This is the backbone of these communities. Today, operators happen to be navigating difficult conditions. At Foodics, we exist to help restaurants sustain growth. That mission is what drove us to build Forward Together. If we can play a role in keeping more doors open, then this is exactly where we need to show up.”

The programme will also extend to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait. The GCC foodservice market is currently valued at nearly USD 70 billion and is projected to exceed USD121 billion by 2031, with Foodics positioning the initiative as part of its broader role in supporting industry resilience and growth.

Terms and conditions apply to the offerings, and the duration of the initiative is subject to Foodics’ terms and conditions. To discover more about Foodics, please visit foodics.com.
