ZEA has appointed Sundeep Taucoory as Executive Chef, adding more than 16 years of international culinary experience to the DIFC restaurant and lounge
Chef Sundeep joins from LEEN’S by DXB Hospitality and has previously held senior culinary roles at NH Collection Hotels, Caviar Kaspia Dubai, Park Hyatt Dubai, Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE and The Act Dubai. His experience spans concept development, menu creation, pre-opening strategy and restaurant operations.
Originally from Mauritius, he has travelled extensively across Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Ibiza, drawing inspiration from regional Mediterranean cooking, local ingredients and traditional techniques.
At ZEA, he will oversee the restaurant’s culinary operations and continue developing its Mediterranean menu, with a focus on seasonal produce, fire-led cooking and ingredient-driven dishes.

His appointment reflects ZEA’s ongoing focus on strengthening its Mediterranean offering and overall dining experience in DIFC.
