Salvaje Group Dubai has promoted Maxime Lejuez to Chief Operating Officer COO. Having played a key role in the operations and growth of the group’s portfolio, including Salvaje, Arrogante, and Amor, his appointment reflects his contribution to the business during a period of expansion.
Since joining the group, Maxime has combined strategic leadership with operational expertise. With experience in hospitality markets including Paris, London, New York, and Dubai, he brings a strong understanding of luxury dining and team management.
During his tenure, he has overseen expansion efforts, strengthened operational systems, built teams, and maintained consistency across the group’s venues.
“This step feels like a natural progression, but one that truly belongs to the team as much as it does to me,” said Maxime Lejuez. “Despite moments of tension and pressure, the commitment and resilience shown across our teams have been incredible.
