RIKAS launches a dedicated reservation app

RIKAS Hospitality Group has launched its own reservation app, becoming the first Dubai-based hospitality group to introduce a dedicated booking platform

This milestone uplifts the Group’s ongoing innovation drive and aligns with its broader global ambitions, which include strategic collaborations with international players such as Accor and Ennismore. The newly launched RIKAS App simplifies the guest journey, offering a user-friendly interface to discover, explore and book some of the region’s most celebrated dining destinations.

From acclaimed venues such as Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi to favourites like Twiggy, the app enables users to check real-time availability, make or amend reservations, and enjoy priority access to exclusive events.

Marking the debut initiative of RIKAS’ newly formed Guest Experience Team, led by Dia Bah, the app underscores the Group’s commitment to personalising every stage of the guest experience—starting well before arrival. Designed with the RIKAS community in mind, the platform also features a built-in loyalty and rewards programme, offering benefits such as exclusive offers, priority bookings, and referral credits to share with friends and family.
