Chef Andrew James McKee brings a wealth of culinary techniques and skills to offer guests at Raffles the Palm Dubai a spectacular dining experience.With over 28 years of experience, Chef Andrew has led teams across renowned luxury hotels and restaurants throughout mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and Australia. Having gained invaluable expertise working in renowned kitchens in Australia before moving to Asia and taking on senior F&B roles, Chef Andrew is well experienced with the pre-opening and repositioning of multiple award-winning properties within Asia.
