Orfali Bros, currently ranked #37 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, has introduced two updated tasting menus: The OG 2.0 and The Voyage 2.0
Priced at AED 350 and AED 795 per person, respectively, the menus build on the restaurant’s approach to Syrian flavours, fermentation and modern culinary techniques.
The Voyage 2.0 is a 13-course menu featuring dishes inspired by the brothers’ Syrian heritage alongside techniques and ingredients developed through the Orfali Bros Lab. Highlights include Baklava Caviar, combining caviar, crème fraîche and Aleppo pistachio; Foie Gras Royale with duck caramel, hazelnut and truffle; and King Crab with caramelised onion, brown butter, garum and crab broth.
Other dishes include Egg & Basturma, Mirage, Sea Scallop and Kibbeh Mishwieh, alongside Cream Caramel Caviar, Roots, Aleppo Street Bun, Orfali Bayaldi and O-Toro & Chutoro OB. The menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability and seasonality.
The OG 2.0 offers a shorter tasting menu at AED 350 per person, combining Orfali Bros signatures with current dishes. It includes Corn Bomb, Caviar Bun, Tuna Salsa Roja, Roots, Guess What?, Orfali Bayaldi and ORF Labaniyeh. Guests can add a dessert for AED 75.
Three signature dishes can also be added to The OG 2.0: Ohh La La for AED 35, Aleppo Street Bun for AED 55 and Kebab Bel Karaz for AED 75. A non-alcoholic pairing featuring three beverages from the restaurant’s fermentation lab is available for AED 80.
