MANĀO, Dubai’s Michelin-starred Thai restaurant, is introducing a refreshed Chef’s Tasting Menu from AED 350 per diner, available for dinner only from Friday, 27 March
The eight-course menu blends signature favourites with three new creations, with optional extras such as Curry Puff with Beef, Crab Shoulder, Stir-fried Oyster Blade with Holy Basil, and Mango Sticky Rice for those who want to personalise their experience.
Diners start with vibrant bites such as Beef Miang, Lobster Khanom Krok, Scallop Rice Cake, and Sour Tomato Broth, followed by Sticky Rice Roti with Beef and Coconut Meat and Pomelo Salad. For mains, choose between a Southern-style Spicy Lamb Curry with spiced rice or a Yellow Curry with Prawn, before finishing with the delicate Rosella Granita and White Rose Custard with notes of wild ginger and longan.
