Bollywood-inspired restaurant Hitchki has reopened at Novotel Dubai Gold District, Deira, marking its return under Phoenix Hospitality Group
The venue accommodates up to 180 guests and is open daily from 12pm to 2am. Alongside its Deira reopening, Hitchki continues to operate its second Dubai location at City Centre Mirdif.
The updated menu features Indian favourites with contemporary influences, including dishes such as Calcutta Pani Puri, Dosa Poppers, Bhut Jolokia Wings & Rings, Butter The Chicken and Langda Tyagi Biryani. The drinks menu includes a selection of beverages, while a new shisha lounge has been introduced.
Live Bollywood performances remain central to the concept, with singers performing throughout the evening to create an interactive dining experience.
“The relaunch of Hitchki reflects Phoenix Hospitality Group’s commitment to expanding our portfolio with brands that exude rich legacy and pleasant appeal. We aimed to thoughtfully transform this well-loved brand by elevating the food, refreshing the space, and enhancing the overall experience. Having influenced Dubai’s dining scene for nearly two decades, Hitchki now enters an exciting new era that honours its legacy while setting a higher standard for entertainment-led dining,” said Parvez MHD, Co-Founder and Partner Food & Beverages of Phoenix Hospitality Group.
Since launching in Dubai in 2019, Hitchki has built a following for its combination of Indian cuisine and Bollywood-inspired entertainment. The relaunch marks the next phase for the brand, with updated interiors, an expanded food and beverage offering, and enhanced entertainment under its new operator.
