Chef Saradhi Dakara has announced the launch of Stellar Society Group, a new UAE-based hospitality company co-founded with US restaurateur Utkarsh Patel
The group aims to bring a fresh take to the ultra-luxury casual space with ingredient-led concepts that prioritise soul, simplicity, and thoughtful execution.
After nearly two decades shaping some of Dubai’s most celebrated kitchens, including his pivotal role in the global growth of The Maine Group, Chef Saradhi is moving from executive leadership into creative ownership. With Stellar Society, he begins a new chapter rooted in his personal journey across Dubai, London, Ibiza, and Bodrum.
The group’s first concept, Orilla, is set to open in October 2025. Meaning “shore” in Spanish, Orilla reflects the spirit of coastal living and introduces a MediterrAsian menu that blends the depth and tradition of Mediterranean cuisine with refined Asian influences. Built around seasonality, sourcing, and storytelling, Orilla is designed to offer an elevated but soulful experience that speaks to both the heart and palate. The space will echo this ethos with warm, tactile interiors inspired by Mediterranean colour, texture, and flow.
While the group’s wider portfolio is still under wraps, several new venues are already in development. Each will stand on its own while reflecting a unified philosophy shaped by authenticity, community, and craft.
With Orilla as its starting point, the group is positioning itself to lead that evolution, concepts created by those who cook, for those who truly love food.
Orilla opens in October 2025.
