Chef Andrea, who joined Kempinski in December 2021 as a sous chef, has swiftly become a pivotal figure known for crafting exceptional dishes, including the recent masterpiece, a 7-course degustation menu at Brunello. His valuable contribution to the launch of a takeaway menu this year extended Brunello’s dining experience to guests’ homes, showcasing his culinary finesse and commitment to quality.

Chef Andrea’s culinary journey spans a decade across renowned global properties, beginning with significant roles in Canada and the UK. His promotion to Chef de Cuisine at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah reflects his enduring passion, enriched culinary expertise, and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

In his role as Chef de Cuisine, Andrea leads the culinary operations at Brunello restaurant, directing a brigade of 16 chefs and spearheading various aspects, including menu development, recipe engineering, and cost management. His comprehensive responsibilities involve supervising daily activities, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards in food production. Additionally, he is dedicated to fostering team training and individual growth among his team members.
